Ashton learned to tie his shoes today!!!  Thank you "You Tube."  I tie my shoes the right way and Shawn ties his the other way so Ashton and I did a little research today and found a faster way.  We had to learn this way together and I think he likes the idea of us learning together.  Yesterday we learned about Swiss Cheese together. and that went well to.  I feel like we had two good school days.  That helps big time...sometimes I feel like a complete failure and then he learns something new.  Hopefully we'll have a great day tomorrow too.

Happy Birthday Ashton!!!  Wow, 7.  We went to Disneyland yesterday, just Ashton and Mommy.  Today we are all 4 going... maybe.  We woke up to Alayna getting sick in the bathroom.  darn Murphy's Law.  Ashton and I did the rides that Alayna couldn't go on because of size so there is less pressure to hurry out the door this morning.  Luckily, we have and empty Toll House cookie dough bucket complete with lid, great for the car.  Kind of ironic isn't it... toss your cookies in the cookie dough bucket.
